Information this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts or fonts. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation. Information we collect from patients

When you become a patient we collect the information needed to provide care and manage your account, such as your name, date of birth, contact details (including your mobile phone number), insurance and health information. This information is protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give consent, we use your mobile phone number to send text messages about your care, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, recall notices, and care notifications. We also use text messages to send verification codes to our staff for secure sign-in. Consent is given in writing at our office, is voluntary, and is not a condition of receiving care. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; they are disclosed only to the service providers and carriers that deliver the messages for us. Our text messages contain no marketing or advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as permitted by law, for example for treatment, payment and health care operations, or with service providers that help us operate (such as our messaging and hosting providers) under agreements requiring them to protect it and use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell personal information.
