Kids’ eye exams in Gilbert and Mesa
Eye exams for children ages 3 and up. Dr. Nguyen has extensive experience with children.
Independent eye doctor. Dr. Nguyen’s practice is located inside the Walmart Vision Center, but it is not owned by or affiliated with Walmart. The optical shop is independent of our practice, and you may fill your prescriptions anywhere.
Signs your child may need an exam
- Squinting, or sitting very close to the TV or screen.
- Frequent headaches or eye rubbing.
- Trouble reading or keeping their place.
- Holding books close, or tilting the head.
Children do not always say when they cannot see well, so exams matter even when there are no complaints.
Myopia control
We offer options that can help slow down nearsightedness (myopia) as children grow. Ask Dr. Nguyen at your child’s exam.
