Dry, gritty, burning or watery eyes are common, and they are treatable. Dr. Nguyen helps with everyday problems like dry, itchy or red eyes.
Independent eye doctor. Dr. Nguyen’s practice is located inside the Walmart Vision Center, but it is not owned by or affiliated with Walmart. The optical shop is independent of our practice, and you may fill your prescriptions anywhere.
Common signs
- Gritty, burning or stinging eyes.
- Eyes that water, or feel tired by the end of the day.
- Redness, or blurry vision that clears when you blink.
- Discomfort with contact lenses or screens.
What can contribute
Long hours on screens, contact lens wear, allergies, some medications, and age can all play a role. An exam helps figure out which factors affect your eyes.
What we do
Dr. Nguyen examines your eyes to find the cause and recommends a plan suited to you, and he will tell you what to expect and when to come back.

Walk-ins are welcome. We accept VSP, EyeMed, UnitedHealthcare Spectera and Original Medicare Part B, and offer self-pay exams. Please call to confirm your coverage.
Common questions
Are dry eyes serious?
Usually they are uncomfortable rather than dangerous, but symptoms can overlap with other eye problems, so an exam is the way to be sure.
